"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

This is a father & son business specializing in chimney restoration for 30 years. Subcontractors are not used.

"Very well. Upon examining the chimney, Mr. Kreider recommended a rebuild, which he would not be able to do this year. He said he could replace the crumbling mortar and put cement around the chimney to make it safe. I considered it but asked if there was something temporary that could be done instead. He offered to wrap the chimney with wire mesh which would stabilize it, and do a rebuild in the spring. I was pleased with the solution and happy that his son Mike accomplished the task soon afterward."

Brian's estimate was well within the realm of fairness, honesty and affordability. Brian completed the repairs and the water intrusion issue was brought to an end. I plan on having Brian come and inspect the chimney every couple of years to make sure it is in top condition. Also, the phone contact with his office was simple, direct and an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Canterbury Chimney Sweeps. Frederick C."
