I rarely was able to get an answer and had to wait for a callback. Once Tavaris and his team arrived, however, they were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Tavaris made a point to explain everything to me step by step and managed his team appropriately. The outside team took care to only have my shrubs out of the ground for 45 minutes - time will tell if they make it through! This is very messy work and both teams were able to keep the mess to a minimum."
