Unprofessional, will never go with again, can’t handle weeding the sides of the driveway as PROMISED. HEY let’s just deal in the weeds and then not come back. And Then let’s not try to fix any of these issues. All I get is the owner will call you THAAT NEVER HAPPENS. I have sent them multiple pictures of the mistakes to pretty get I’m on my own. Over priced joke. Do not go with them.

Estimate for the job was very reasonable so I had some concern that the asphalt layer would be thin. Not only was it not thin but the edges were perfectly aligned to my walkways and carefully butted to garage floor. The paving was rolled several times with a paving roller and the edges beveled to ground level. They started when they said they would (on a Saturday so they would not be interrupted by other calls) and finished promptly. Cleaned up completely, nothing, not even a cigarette butt left behind.

Putting aside the job that they did - which was solid - I was most impressed with their professionalism in that there must have been some kind of miscommunication as to what exactly needed to be done, but they did work to fix it (including involvement by the owner [without my even requesting the owner to get involved]). I did have to send a few e-mails to follow up, but it's fine (presumably a busy season) and they did a solid job. I would hire them again.

Great pros for sure

I have used these guys in the past. I used them to widen a driveway. They gave me a quote of $1,600 and I paid it. In my next house, I had them resurface an existing driveway for a bit over $2,000 if I remember correctly. They gave me a quote and I paid. I have moved yet again and put up a pole barn. I need a driveway and parking area installed. They quoted me over $9,000. I asked if being a repeat, cash customer if I could get a discount. They have fallen off of the face of the earth. I have texted, called, emailed, and even faxed. I had been a repeat customer of theirs, but I guess if you ask for a discount, they block you on their phones and ignore you completely. My driveway is paved, but is veeeery long and in need of repair. It will need sealing in the next few years and resurfacing in the next ten. That is at least another $15,000 in business they have lost, in addition to the $9,000 job I am doing now. Sad thing is, I asked for a discount. They could have said no, and if the reason was plausible, I would have paid it. Instead, they just ignored me. How can you totally ignore your repeat customers and expect to stay in business?

The men did an excellent job, no mess anywhere, no splash over on my garage door or foundation. The only thing that bugged me is they were giving a new employee the scoop on the company and never stopped talking the whole time they were here, so I wondered if they were too distracted to do the job. But when I looked at the driveway it was great! I guess some people can walk and chew gum at the same time!

Good price, on-time, courteous, professional, engaging and ready to explain any detail, and clean up of road and surrounding area was excellent! Crew worked great together, organized, no smoking and joking wasting time, and knocked it out from arrival to finish in about an hour. One could tell they do this every day and do it well. Highly recommended! As with any work of this nature time is the ultimate test but based on the way the work was handled I have no doubt it will last for many years to come.

Went well no complaints good price and service

From start to finish they did amazing. Right from the estimate from JR to Tom and the paving crew he had they were on time, courteous, and efficient ! They did a fantastic job and were able to fit us in. It was great to see the owner out working with his crew and how well they all work together as a team! I highly recommend them!!!

A little slow due to weather, not company, but well.

I was so impressed with the workers and how efficient they were, but also kind. Our next door neighbor kids came over to watch and the workers would answer any of their questions and were very careful to know where the kids were at all times. This year, Propave just put on the binder, and again, very polite, professional and efficient crew. Mr Fiermonte was there and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this company for your paving needs.

Excellent. From office staff to estimator to workers, everyone was very professional and thorough. The estimator came while no one was home, but he called to discuss it after I left a message in the office. He came back a second time after discussing some differences in work than I initially called for. The workmen were punctual, worked well together and completed the job much quicker than expected. We are very pleased.

The driveway lasted only four years before the ruts started showing up. I talked to the owner (Tom) at the Syracuse Home Show in March, 2015 and told him about the ruts and cracks in my driveway. He said it was a rough winter and to give it a little time to see if things settled back (he said the cracks should disappear but said the ruts probably would not). He said he would send someone to look at the driveway. It is now October (and the ruts are still there) and I have called ProPave repeatedly over the summer (and emailed them as well). The woman who answers the phone always asks for my number and address but to this day no one has ever called me back or come to look at the driveway. I would not trust this company to do a driveway because they do not stand by their product.
