They asked when I would like it installed. I kiddingly said tomorrow. They checked their schedule and made it happen. I was shocked!!!! I didn’t have to wait weeks. The office communications in setting up the job were very responsive. The two craftsmen that worked on the job were communicative in what they were doing, and worked in a very professional manner. After completion of the work there was a little mix-up in processing the invoice; however, that was resolved with integrity by the office and field representative working together.
