He eventually identified and fixed the problem, which was just a loose connection in a junction box in the attic. The electrician did miss the first appointment, and had to reschedule, but the owner was apologetic and professional. He explained that 2 employees had called in, which happens. "Despite a -12 windchill, Kevin and Jose sent a notice 30 minutes before their arrival and got to work immediately. They were both extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and industrious. The project was extensive but they managed to keep power interruptions to an absolute minimum. Considering that the generator project required work involving gas, electric, and internet, their presence in our small house went almost unnoticed. I would absolutely recommend them. Great work!"
