They asked when I would like it installed. I kiddingly said tomorrow. They checked their schedule and made it happen. I was shocked!!!! I didn’t have to wait weeks. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, got to work, and did an excellent job. They were clean and kept the room picked up. The owner/ supervisor Neil and his crew were professional and respective of me and my property. The work involved both outside foundation work and inside tile work. The proposal made more sense to me than some of the others. ( I had 4 other contractor present plans.) I was pleased with completed work and that the project was completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company. And, they did go the extra mile. They also installed block window with vents; which are such an improvement over the standard basement windows. Overall, I have noticed an improvement in the basement; walls haven't been wet."
