"I called and my timing must have been perfect. 2 technicians showed up 30 minutes later. They put on shoe covers which I appreciate. They opened up the unit and checked the flame and spark. That must have been enough since the unit started working. They checked to make sure the propane was flowing and cleaned the condensation pan. Within 30 minutes after arriving, they were done. I plan to have them come back in a couple of months to maintain the ductless splits for this summer. What they charge for the service is very reasonable given that I had contacted a competitor and received a quote that more than 2x what I paid."

"I hired Highlander to install a channel drain in front of garage to keep it from getting water in it. The guy showed up with his 16 year old son and dug the trench and laid the pipe very shallowly and left a large open hole in front of my driveway, that was one issue. The second issue was there was no slope to to the pipe. It is straight so the water is not actually draining. The third issue was they cemented the grates onto the the channel drain when they are supposed to be removable so you can clean it. They did correct that and the hole near the driveway they patched with stone, but it is still not pitched properly and the concrete was cracking almost immediately after drying, I asked for the salesman to come back and look at it and asked him if it looked professional, because it didn?t to me or my stepfather who does concrete for a living, and his response was that it did. Well, less than an a year and grates are popping up because the concrete is completely cracked."

Some said flush some tried throwing ball park numbers out saying that not only heater need to be replace then went on water lines ball valve etc. long story short woodys drain service came out which by the way great guy goes by the name Jeff, came did a inspection on everything and at end of the day my tank was over 15 years old tank parts started going. Jeff was able to give me a great quote got started right away and was out the door 2 hours later. Would recommend to anyone. Will do all my plumbing jobs with this company from now on. Give a shout you won’t be disappointed"
