"I have had a leak where you shut off the main water supply and couldn't shut it off. I made an appointment with a plumber I had used previously. They kept putting me off for about 3 weeks letting water to continue to drip in my basement. I call Eric and he came out the same day to look at the problem. He stopped the dripping and came back the next morning to replace the shut off valve. Not only that but he did the job for less than half what the original plumber wanted to do the job. "The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
