"I have had a leak where you shut off the main water supply and couldn't shut it off. I made an appointment with a plumber I had used previously. They kept putting me off for about 3 weeks letting water to continue to drip in my basement. I call Eric and he came out the same day to look at the problem. He stopped the dripping and came back the next morning to replace the shut off valve. Not only that but he did the job for less than half what the original plumber wanted to do the job. "Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

"The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue.
