Shawn at Austin Family Plumbing did an amazing job with my bathroom. Within about 3 days he removed an old claw foot tub and installed a stand up shower. He was very professional throughout the process. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it and didn't mind that i was kind of hovering around watching. My wife had a life altering condition suddenly happen and he installed grab bars and widened the doorway so she could through safely. I recommend him to everyone i know and am very thankful.

A friend gave me Shawn Austin's name and number when he heard I needed to replace my dying hot water heater. 
I had done a lot of research on models and makes of water heaters and had some questions.  I had already tried contacting several of the big plumbing firms in town.  One never got back to me.  One couldn't do the install for a week.  And one tried to sell me a lower quality make and model with an upcharge for extending the warranty.
When I called Shawn, he answered the questions I had about various makes and models.  He did not try to push me into choosing a specific model, but provided guidance so I could make a choice that fit my needs.  I had called him in the early evening, so he couldn't give me an estimate on the exact model I wanted until his supply house opened the next day.  He called me early the next morning with an estimate, and said he could come that afternoon to do the replacement.
Since I had a hookup on my old water heater that was not to code, Shawn could not provide me with an exact estimate until he saw the arrangement.  However, the final price was very close to the original estimate, even though he had to replace a gas pipe and change my existing 3 inch exhaust pipe with the now-code 4 inch exhaust pipe.
Shawn took the time when he finished the install to show me the operation of all the features on my new hot water heater.  I asked him how it would work if the unit failed during the warranty period.   He said he would remove it and take it back to the supplier and exchange it for a new one.
I would highly recommend Shawn.  He was very personable and knew what he was doing.  He cleaned up the area when he was done.  He was very professional.
