"It was a pleasure meeting Muhammad from Heating & Cooling Pros LLC. By sending him some pictures and giving him some information he knew the problem with my boiler. This is important to me … He did not charge per hour, gave me a price which was very reasonable. I felt peace of mind knowing he was honest and was not over charging me, also he was on time and did not make a mess. I did not have to clean up after he left. Muhammad is definitely very knowledgeable of his work and highly recommend him and his company."

"Panda provides us with superb, topnotch service in every way. They are so responsive, do first-rate work, and their prices are reasonable. When we needed a new blower for an existing A/C system in our new apartment, they found the most appropriate component, quoted a highly competitive price and did the installation in a tricky area without saying a word about the challenge. When there was a leak in a different section of the existing system, they came right away even though it was at the height of a heat wave. They are neat and careful, stand by their work and are easy to reach. We highly recommend Panda."

"Plumber repaired leak in boiler pipe"

"Matty and his team are excellent at installing my new boiler and thermostat. The quote was great and very professional, and he explained how the boiler and thermostat work together so the heat can come through the pipes. Thank you so much! I would truly recommend them."

"We had our old boiler removed and a new 250,000 BTU Weil-McLain installed. The experience was great. The price was really fair, especially for the quality of work. They showed up right on time, got straight to work, and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was done in a very organized and professional way, but still felt easy and stress-free on our end. What I appreciated most was how clean and quick they were—no mess left behind, and the job was done faster than expected without rushing anything. Overall, just solid, reliable service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing boiler work."

"HSM Piping & Heating Inc was the best. They did boiler repair for us."

"Amazing mechanic, well spoken and very knowledgeable in his field. And helped resolve the issues we have been dealing with."

"Since I moved into my apartment around 20 years ago, I've had problems with the bathroom exhaust fan. When I turned it on, often the circuit breaker would be thrown. Finally it got to the point where it just wouldn't work at all - if I tried to use it, the fuse was blown. I posted the project here and Leonel of Berardi contacted me shortly afterwards. After looking at it he determined that the fan was the wrong kind and wasn't even installed properly. He explained it to me, ordered the correct fan, and had someone come over to install it. Now the fan works perfectly, no more blown fuse, and it's less noisy, too. They could have played this differently, slapped on a bandaid on it and had me call again and again for the same problem, but Berardi did the right thing. I'd recommend them to anybody who needs electrical work done."

"They installed an RPZ valve to city specifications. They are well-trained, efficient and thorough. We call them for furnace, water heater and other plumbing work. They're great."
