He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly.
