Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

My wife and I have had 6 different plumbers from 2 big name plumbing companies in our area (the ones with the fancy commercials) over the past 5 years,all suggested above ground plumbing after snaking out the drains which would be around $8-10 k..even after they snaked the drains it would still back up anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks later,so I bought my own snake and was snaking it out myself for last 1 1/2 years every month,so John came and suggested a steam power wash for the drains,which no one else ever suggested or did I know that was an option!!.. so John power washed out the drains for a 7th of the cost of what the Big Guys wanted to do!,I watched as he did his thing with the power washing and I saw all the built up sludge and grease that would never have came out from just snaking…the water just flows through our drains out to the town line now!!Great Guy,Great Job,Great knowledge and Saved us thousands $$$…Definitely Deserves 5 Stars!!!"

I initially hired Cellino for a greenhouse HVAC project, based on a positive recommendation and previous great service with a furnace issue. On September 6, Chris came out to assess the job, spending significant time taking measurements and photos, and assured me they had handled similar projects. After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism. However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard.
