Jim was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. While he worked on the faucet, he noticed that the trap under the sink had been repaired incorrectly, and corrected that as well, saying that "I can't leave shoddy work with any of my customers, even if it was this way when we found it. It needs to be done right." His pricing was very reasonable. I was very satisfied, and would hire him again.
