After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism. However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. This oversight led to weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, ending with us exchanging the heater for a more suitable model. I told him I will take him to court and he told me to go ahead. I've been waiting for over 2 months for the leak to get fixed. You don't do people in this fashion if you are a so-called professional. next time I would rather do the work myself than hire him again."
