This was a terrific experience. I have used these folks for years, and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I woke up this morning to find my furnace had quit working overnight. I immediately called Hertel Hardware, and within 40 minutes, Jason (their Furnace expert) was in my house. Within 5 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, and was on his way to pick up the part I needed. From the time I initially called, to the time Jason was walking out the door...job done...was less than 2 hours. Truly remarkable service! This experience mirrors all my dealings with them in the past. They are prompt, courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, or cooling needs.

service was prompt, professional and workers were very courteous. The broken drain pipe required emergency hours but I felt the cost was still reasonable under the circumstances.

Chris and assistant were professional and knowledgeable. Advised me on how to maintain drain and keep it from clogging up.

Very professional in every way and will use again, but be aware fees are very steep. Two plumbers came and price was $217 for an hour's work. About a third of which was spent scoping out a future job. $75 of that was just for coming out. So about 118 for an hour's labor on top of that plus a small part and sales tax.

I have used them a couple times and I am very pleased with them. It wasn’t a major job, it was a small job. I fine them very professional.

It has not given us problems since.

They did some work for me.  I didn't have a choice; I had to call somebody.  The cost was very reasonable. They were good; they were very good.  He was just very prompt.  And when we had a problem - like when he left, my pipe started to leak again.  He came back immediately and didn't charge me anything.  He went upstairs - because I have crawl spaces - he went up there and crawled around and fixed it.

They're excellent.  I've used them four or five times and I would definitely use them again.  Their prices are fair and their work has been excellent.  This is a very old house and we've had plumbing issues that pop up here and there, and they are always very responsive.

I called and they fit my in their schedule and fixed within less then 24 hours. I was very pleased because its a inconvenience to have a plugged drain.

Excellent work, good people, and I would give them an A also. The work took about two and half hours to complete. Any kind of plumbing that needs to be done, I will give them a call. It was very clean. Response, willingness to do the job. It was not an easy installation. The guy sat down and thought how to do the job. He came up with an excellent solution. I wasn't too sure about installing gas, it was complicated fashion.

They are excellent. They did a good job and are very reasonably priced. They cleaned up very well. They did the work very quickly.

Everything was satisfactory, he was right on time, good price, worked quickly.

They took everything into consideration where they were working how they worked, I had no problems with any clean up or anything else.

Scheduling was easy. A credit card was required to be on file. Two men arrived on time on 10/18/16. I was not present for the repairs. They advised my wife that the sink supply line could not be repaired. Initially, they said the bathtub trap was not leaking. It was most certainly leaking, since water was dripping from the bedroom ceiling immediately below the bathroom. I insisted they change the trap. They did change about four pieces of the PVC trap, and the leak was repaired. The next morning, I noticed the tub was draining very slowly. I called to complain. They tried to tell me that the tub drained slowly to begin with. They offered to come out and charge me to snake the drain, but they would waive the charge for the service call. A call was then scheduled for 10/28/16. I knew the drain was not running slowly before they replaced the trap. I investigated and found the tub was surrounded by blown in paper insulation. The obstruction in the trap was simply insulation the plumber had got into the trap. Once I cleared it away, the tub drained just fine. I will be repairing the dripping sink supply line this week. A $312 charge to improperly replace about 4 small pieces of PVC is excessive.

I would use them in the future.
