"As soon as I met Dale Hibbard to discuss project, I felt very confident that his company would be the right choice. The expertise of the crew, attention to detail, willingness to answer my questions along the way, respect for me and my home, all made for a very positive experience."

"Jim was great to work with. He was excellent at communication and was always available for a call when I had questions. Jim is also very knowledge about what needed to be done and the best way to get them accomplished. Will use American United Construction Services for future work as well!"

I've a skilled and personable house cleaner who has been cleaning houses in the Buffalo area for about 6 years. I take pride in offering clients peace of mind by understanding their needs and being flexible with scheduling. Recently I've gained experience in construction and handyman work to add to my repertoire. \nI clean thoroughly and fast, leaving your house feeling brand new in a matter of hours!

"Max and Dakota did an amazing job. I had a room tore out and re drwalled. Also had new insulation, trim work, and a TV mounted. They where always easy to get ahold of. They always started on time. They never spent the work day at Home Depot/Lowes. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. I'm really happy with the way the room turned out. I have already started recommending them to others. I would definitely contact them again if I ever needed more work done in my house. Go check out pictures on Facebook. I'm the house in Cheektowaga!"

"We were very impressed with the knowledge Randy has of his craft.  We brought in multiple contractors and feel that Randy was one of the most knowledgable.  He is personable and easy to talk to about your project.  Although we ended up not using his service for this project, we wanted to write a review because we were so impressed with him and confident in his knowledge.  We will definitely consider him for future projects.

Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.

The average build timeline for a home is between six and 12 months, with timelines pushing toward the upper end of that range if you’re creating a custom design or need a lot of land preparation before getting started. Hiring a general contractor or a custom homebuilder will help speed up the process, as you’ll see fewer delays between different parts of the build process getting done.

Professionals such as architects, general contractors, electricians, HVAC specialists, and interior designers are crucial to effectively planning and executing significant renovations.

Yes, you can finance cottage construction through several options.
