I mentioned falling and breaking ribs on my old steps/porch. Without me even asking, Brian ordered and installed extra sturdy hand rails to prevent future falls. He also customized to our needs for having steps go in two different direction, one from front door to the deck, one from front door to driveway level. Another contractor we called for an estimate could not figure that out. Dream Work Designs had no problem, and also was the least expensive. Affordable quality work, attention to details, and his wife/bookkeeper, Karen, makes payments easy, right over the phone. They came out Sunday and transplanted a tree. Next is replacing window screens."
