"I contacted True Energy to see if I qualified for NYSERDA grant. An appointment with George was set up. George came to my house on time to do a visual assessment. George provided me with the paperwork with the QUALIFIED INCOME LEVELS, LOW - MODERATE (STATE WIDE & COUNTIES). After George did the visual assessment, he explained the paperwork he needed from me. I emailed my paperwork to George & an Energy Audit appointment was set. The Audit went smoothly & the areas that were to be filled were pointed out, a variety of different types of insulation were explained as needed per room. I'm thankful I qualified under the LOW INCOME FREE NYSERDA GRANT. The maximum income level was quite high $39,864 for a 1 person house hold. An appointment was set up for the work, I requested a text or call when the guys were on their way, which I received. The guys were on time, wore appropriate work gear, offered to put plastic down on my floor, friendly, professional & helpful with explaining what work was completed & what work would be completed the following day. They following day the guys were on time, completed the needed work, cleaned up & did a walk through with me. They were AWSOME! George set up the final walk through appointment & gave me my paperwork also explaining what was done. I am 100% PLUS Satisfied! Great group of guys who work well together. THANK YOU TRUE ENERGY!!!
