"We live in a Co-op and hired Thomas to remodel our bathroom and bedroom. The building is old and all the plumbing and electrical needed updating. The bathroom was a total renovation from the studs out and involved some meticulous tile work and Thomas far surpassed our hopes and expectations. He brought it in on time and on budget and we greatly appreciated his work and that of his staff. They kept everything as clean as it was everyday and were always courteous. We are doing our kitchen and living room next and will certainly use Summit again and we highly recommend them for any project."

"We hired Memo for a kitchen renovation project that took 6-7 weeks total in 2 rounds. Our cabinets arrived in 2 shipments a few months apart so we had to do it this way. Memo and his crew were very punctual and clean. when our second shipment arrived they showed up the next day. The quality of the their work was excellent too. Abby handles the business side of things and she’s a very communicator and easy to work with. I think for the first time I can say I have no complaints working with a contractor. I absolutely recommend them, and will surely hire them again in the future."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"I met Jakob while he was working on a project, which was roofing and siding, at my neighbor's home- I was impressed with the job he was doing and the fact that he was always around while the work was being done- My roof needed extensive work and we discussed what was necessary visibly and what might possibly have to be done- He gave me a very competitive quote and assured me it would be done the right way- Jakob's quote was comprehensive so there were no surprises when further damage was revealed on my 70 year-old ranch roof- His crew showed up on time every day and immediately went to work when town hours allowed- Jakob stripped off the old roofing, repaired holes, put up new roofing and cladding, and replaced the gutters- After the project was completed, Jakob and his crew made sure to leave the area clean- I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Jakob's company for any other work my house would need- His is a full-service company, as he is also doing interior work at my neighbor-"

"As a brand new homeowner, Robert came in to our home understanding the importance of our focus on the functional changes we were looking to make and our needs to save on costs. Robert came in and not only helped us understand what we could do now vs. later but also was truthful in where he thought we should spend the time and money. Not only did Robert provide stellar quality service, he explained what he was doing and how things (e.g., the boiler, the water spigot, etc.) worked so that we were knowledgeable about our home and can try and fix things ourselves as we move forward. While he was working, Robert would notice things here and there and would just help us to fix them or show us how to fix them. A few years into our homeownership, Robert came back and helped us with additional work around the house and when there was a subcontractor needed, brought in professional and knowledgeable people. At one point, we had an electrical outage and a leak, and Robert came over right away to make sure that the electric and the leak were addressed right away so we were safe. Robert is extremely reliable, personable and easy to get along with. He is proud of his work and as a result takes the time needed and puts the quality in to make sure it gets done right. Everything Robert has worked on in our home was done with expertise and quality and we are extremely happy and grateful for the work that Robert has done for us. We plan to continue to use/call on Robert and recommend him to anyone who may be looking for a contractor."
