"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Miguel and his team were recommended to us by a friend. We had discussed our Kitchen remodel with 2 other contractors in addition to Homes and Beyond.  We Chose Miguel because of his competitive pricing, professionalism, knowledge, and easy going style as he was willing to consider any possibility we suggested for the re-model of our Kitchen. We live in a Co-op apartment and Miguel worked with us in supplying the Co-op with their exhaustive paperwork involving licenses, contracts, insurance, designated clean -up, etc. He understood we were working within a budget and explained the cost of items and work up front. He made the process smoother by having various back-splash and flooring in his showroom at very competitive prices. In addition our baby was born a month early and Miguel's team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work in about 3 weeks, this includes a 1 week wait for the counter-top to be measured, ordered, and installed by the counter-top company. The job foreman was Freddy who is a perfectionist with an eye for detail. Freddy was in continuous communication with us from the demolition to the back-splash and painting. He kept us informed of what was being done and made sure we understood each step of the project asking us if we had any questions, he also presented various options we had not considered which increased our satisfaction with their work. He even pointed out an issue with damage to the stove and an issue with the counter-top measurements in order to cover more area, neither is his responsibility, which was helpful. Freddy made it clear to us that he wanted us to be happy with his work.   So, not surprisingly my wife and I were extremely satisfied with Homes and Beyond and we will ask them to help us with our next project which will be our bathroom."
