"I had the work done in the summer and a strong odor from the cleaning solution lingered for a few days perhaps because of the humidity.  One carpet that had been really dirty  turned out great and looks new.  In another room, Scott worked on a stain that had never come out before when I had the carpet cleaned.  Unfortunately, when the carpet dried, there was a lightened area where the stain had been and it was in a visible area.  Scott felt the lightening might have been due to previous attempts to remove the stain.  Still, he came back (after a delay because of his equipment problems) and dyed the lightened area back to match the original color at no additional cost.  I was impressed with his professionalism.
