My mom had her wall to wall carpets cleaned. She called and got voice mail, but someone called her back a few days later & explained that they come to the house and give you an estimate/price and do the job the same day, which is convenient. They showed up on time, called first to say they were on the way. They did a great job, gave her a fair price, explained the process they use. Carpets came out very good. Would definitely use them again.

Good, but not great. Had some trouble making the appointment at first. My date was bounced around, but to the credit of the office staff, they did reinstate it. A nice crew did arrive within the time period stated. Quality was fair to good. The rugs lacked the luster of an exceptional job and parts of the tile and grouting were still dirty after drying. Unfortunately, some damage was done to a door frame and surrounding floor--a brown stain was left by the cleaning solutions. (See the attached photo.) The minimum price of $325 covered my needs, but small jobs would be costly.

The service was excellent. Everything they said they would do,they did. The technician took care in cleaning both the carpet and rug. He explained what he was doing.When he felt he did a good job he asked me if I was pleased.I received a follow-up call. I will use this company from now on way better than Stanley Steemer!

We bought a custom stair runner from Joe and he was great to work with, polite, quick to respond and helpful. He was detail oriented and made sure to cover all points with us. He reached out multiple times to ensure that we understand the geometric patterns of the runner will NOT be the same across each ledge due to the pattern we picked for the runner ( it's actually a carpet) that we chose to be cut as a stair runner. His prices are very reasonable and the installer was great! I had a newborn at the time and he was cognizant of the noise he would be making and asked if it was ok. He cleaned up after himself and took his time to make sure it was as straight as possible ( my stairs are slightly crooked as the house was built in 1940).

AMAZING, CLEAN JOB, very courteous and respectful bunch. We had used a company almost a year ago and their service was horrendous. We were nevous again but after seeing results we LOVE IT ! price is well worth the cleaning i have 3 rooms left that need cleaning once ready will be calling them again.

Excellent, Am very happy with the service, with the finished product, and with the company and their employees. Jason and Joe did the work in our home and they were very professional, very nice to talk to, and did an excellent job. Plus, the price they give you is the price it is -- not like some companies that give a cheap price just to get in the door, and then start telling you everything else that needs to be done, or other hidden costs. They do NOT do that. Found them to be a very reputable company, and will use them again and will refer others to them.
