"When our Central Air Conditioning Unit stopped working, we called Gary and he came right out the next day. He evaluated the problem and offered to repair or replace the unit. He provided insight and pricing for both options and looked to find the part in the most timely manner. He even had a portable Air Conditioner available for us to rent so my elderly father could have it in his bedroom, which was a life saver since the heat and humidity was unbearable. Gary completed the repair and got us back up and running as quickly as possible. He was caring, courteous, and honest through the entire experience. I highly recommend 2nd Generation HVAC. A+++"
