Called and on the 2nd call the the Receptionist took down my information and had me send pictures of my issue to the plumber, he called me and stated that it looked like my septic distribution box had failed and he could be out the next day to replace it. I agreed with the plan he can on time, switched it out and referred me to a service to have my septic pumped. I called the septic company he referred and within 3 days they had me scheduled. They showed up, pumped my tank and all is well. So far I have not had one bad experience and I really appreciate the Receptionist "Shay" being kind and helpful. Thank you!
