Norb and his crew did a great job on all my projects. Highly recommend.

Had flooding issues/water damage in our bathroom and adjoining spare room. We needed new flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, baseboards, and large sections of drywall installed. Norb was very professional and efficient with excellent communication throughout the project. The project was completed in a timely manner and was exactly how we had hoped it would turn out. We would definitely recommend and encourage others to trust Norb’s abilities!

Norb quoted $500.00 to install a new kitchen sink. Then he has an “employee” call saying cost has gone up to $650.00 Would not recommend this company to anyone for anything

Excellent! Norb was quick to respond to my request and actually visited my house on same day that I requested a quote. I told him I needed it done in 2 weeks and he was able to fit me in - doing most of the work himself. The result was great - professionally done and looks like it has always been there. He brainstormed some issues like moving electrical switches and replacing floor where a vent had been. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Norb for any home project.

During the estimation process, Mr. Miller had a number of suggestions which greatly improved both projects. The work was carried out in a prompt and professional way. Great attention to detail was made. Also, at the end of each day, the work area was cleaned completely. The results exceeded our expectations and we feel we got great value for our money. We highly recommend Mr. Miller's company.

Norb Miller was great and very easy to work with. Was available by text/phone/in-person whenever I had questions. Quality of his work was great. I got everything I asked for at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for future jobs.

It went well. I was pleased with the cost, the projects were done in an appropriate time frame. The workers were meticulous, and timely.!

Norb removed my old kitchen and reinstalled a complete new kitchen. He knows what he is doing and was helpful in design suggestions and making changes that worked better for the kitchen. All the work they did was high quality, and he is really good with tile. His pricing is reasonable and he made things right without charging more. Only negative was dusting the house when they removed the old tile and they could be neater but it is construction work. You shouldn't hesitate to hire him for your remodeling project.

We were very satisfied with the work overall. Norb is very willing to listen and offer suggestions. His prices were fair and lower than other estimates. He has a wealth of experience. He works deliberately and does not rush which is great. For the first bathroom it went very seamlessly. We did have a couple things with the second bath that we wanted corrected and Norb was very willing to correct them and did to our satisfaction.

It all went very well. I was anxious about the work that needed to be done and his manor is kinda laid back and easy going so it made the experience much easier for me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the time frame he gave for the agreed upon price. I definitely recommend Norb and would use him again in a minute.

I was impressed that he was so meticulous. His work is excellent. He responded quickly, he stuck to his estimate , and he completed his work quickly. He also did a few extra things without charge.

Him and his partner were absolutely amazing and we loved having them and will go back to them every single time that we ever need something!

Norb was quick to show up for the estimate, and gave a contract price that I felt was acceptable given the difficulty I had finding a contractor to commit to doing the work. He kept in good communication leading up to, and throughout, completion of the job. The total work from start to finish took about five or six business days. PROS - The flooring turned out excellent, and Norb gave good suggestions on the type and color of the flooring for the space. I would definitely hire him again for flooring install. The installation of the bathtub itself, tub and shower fixtures, and the toilet turned out good, and the leak ended up fixed. CONS - He did not test his plumbing after his initial installs, which led to two separate times that I tested it, and the new plumbing leaked. Of course, simple mistakes are easy to make, and one of the new leaks was a faulty part, but plumbers should know to test their plumbing before giving people the OK to use. Each time, he was responsive and fixed it immediately, it just made the process much more frustrating. Also, the paint job was less than professional. Half of the white trim is now painted blue, including the trim of the bathroom door which is literally half blue and half white. We never discussed painting the trim, and I'm not sure why anyone would. He also damaged sections of my front brick patio in the process of ripping out the old tub, and neither offered to fix it nor offered to reduce the cost of the job to allow me to pay a mason to come repair it, even after I mentioned the damage to him. Overall, the bathroom looks great at first glance, and the leak is fixed. I would only hire him again to install new flooring, which he was great at.

Awesome! Norb was very professional. Very conscious of all the details. Even stated that he would come back in the future if I wasn't satisfied or was unhappy with something. Now that's serious service.

Norb does really nice tile work. He is pretty meticulous. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again. He was quick to return our call, came over to look at the job soon after and gave us a price. He was flexible and worked with our other contractors on timing. When he says he is going to be there, (unlike other contractors we have used) he ACTUALLY shows up. My husband's only complaint is that he should use his own shop-vac. He didn't clean out the filter when he was done and it was really a mess - small issue - but otherwise a really nice job.

They came in last Saturday and Sunday to give an estimate.

Was told 2 weeks for completion, and it was completed . I receive great responses when my friends or family see my bathroom for the 1st time. I would re hire Norb again.

Norb worked with our time constraints to renovate our only bathroom. It was completed in over a week's time and we are very pleased with our new bathroom .He was helpful with selecting/recommending materials. The estimation process and explanation of work was more comprehensive than other contractors we had met with.

Norb and crew completely remodeled my kitchen from the ground up. He worked with me to solve any issues that came up and went above and beyond to fix any problem areas that he came across some not even being part of the project. He showed up early most days and stayed late when needed. Will definitely use again.

the project went exceptionally well. Norb was great. He looked for ways to save me money with out compromising quality. He was reliable, personable, and trustworthy. I live quite a distance from the renovation site, and he keep me informed with updates. He finished on time and on budget. Would definitely hire again. In fact, I did for phase 2.

The job that was completed was not the job we were looking for. He put up dented posts on our porch, refusing to exchange them for undamaged materials. He also put mismatched porch railings up, hoping that we wouldn't notice. The lattice he put around the porch all fell down the next summer, and yet, the worst of the job he did was the painting. His work was sloppy to begin with, with a ton of dripping from the white handrails onto the blue porch flooring. I understand a few drops here or there, but it was nearly a line around the edge of the porch. He also decided to paint on one of the most humid days of of the summer, and the paint bubbled, cracked, and peeled a month later. Norb refused to address the other issues with his workmanship, but he did decided to repaint the areas that had bubbled and cracked paint. His version of fixing this was to scrape up the old paint in the bubbled patches, and to put a single coat of the blue paint down, with out a coat of primer underneath. The result is that we had very obvious light blue patches (about 3 feet across in 3 different spots) on the dark blue porch.

We ended up having to repaint ourselves, and address the other cosmetic issues ourselves.

Pros: The porch is solidly built and seems to be crafted well at the foundation. Other than the lattice, it has held together well over 2 summers and winters.

Cons: If you want your job to look nice in addition to being functional, Norb is not your guy. The cosmetic workmanship is seriously shoddy, and all we got from him were empty promises on addressing the issues. I understand some small problems coming up, but using damaged materials instead of returning them, painting sloppily enough that it has to be redone (even the parts he supposedly "fixed"), and refusing to stand behind his own work is not ok. We could have hired some college students and had a better outcome.
