Incredible experience working with Gerard and Antoinette at GAD-AIR. This is a really professional, honest, high quality, top notch HVAC business. Gerard was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I recently moved into our new house and contacted Gerard to run a maintenance/diagnostic for our HVAC units. We are so glad that we chose GAD-AIR. Antoinette was great over the phone scheduling our appointment, and Gerard and his crew were so thorough, informative, and friendly while educating us on our systems and what needed to be done and how best to maintain our units in order to run them efficiently and cost effectively. Gerard also was able to analyze other issues that the electrician misdiagnosed and helped set up us with another (great) electrician to fix the problem. Not only will Gerard be helping us maintain our HVAC systems in our home going forward, he is able to help us with our fireplaces (gas powered) and other utilities (as they pertain to Heating/Cooling). The service provided by GAD met and exceeded all my expectations. Communication with the office regarding arrival times, pricing, and similar matters was first rate. I always knew what was going to happen, when, and how much it would cost. Work was done professionally, with great attention to detail. The crew worked very well as a group, and the owner, Gerard, was always present in both a hands-on and supervisory capacity. Given that this was a big and rather expensive job, I was pleased and relieved that I never had a moment's concern. I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation, and will use them for any future HVAC matters.

Gerard DePaoli and his crew were punctual, responsible and reliable.  They let me know everything that was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem.  I have had heating problems since the day we moved into our house until we used GAD.  Mr. DePaoli finally figured out the real problem and fixed the issue.  I would definitely use his services again.

Called - said it was an emergency.  A gentleman named Gerard DePaoli (owner of business) called me right back.  He said he would be at my home as quickly as possible, which turned out to be only 3 hours, during my wait he called me to keep me informed.  Please note this was in January and he was already busy but managed to fit me into his schedule.  He was a pleasant gentleman and performed all work quickly, efficiently and left no mess behind.
