"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

Trenton and crew are responsive, professional and hard working. To begin, Trenton promptly reached out to us after we requested an online quote. He came out, talked to my husband and I about what we wanted done, made suggestions, and took measurements. He got back to us promptly with a quote that detailed what would be done with the cost. We signed a contract and set a start date. The crew showed up early each day and put in a full day’s work. He checked with us along the way to be sure we were happy with the progress. Not only did All Dry Basement honor their written estimate, they went beyond several times on other things not covered, but related. This was all done in Covid times. All workers were always unfailingly polite, respectful, neat, organized, prompt etc. Fill in the words of your choice for attributes that you would look for in a contactor, and you have a picture of All Dry basement people."
