"The purpose of this “post” is to highlight the dismal service I recently received from Joe Ledkins, the owner of Precision Air of Northern Nevada LLC. The dialog below is exactly how it happened, start to finish. I would strongly NOT recommend Precision Air of Northern Nevada LLC for any residential service maintenance contract and/or HVAC / duct work. Here’s why: The following dialog occurs AFTER Joe has been to my home to look at the job and provide an estimate. As a sidenote, Joe showed up at my door, I pointed to the ceiling access to my furnace and he looked at me, embarrassed, and said, oh, I didn’t bring a ladder, it’s being used at another job. Do you have a ladder I can use? Really? That’s how it started. Todd (me) Hi Joe, I can do either next Tuesday or next Thursday for the ductwork. Let me know. Thanks. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Great. Got hold of Eric Torres just when he was to start another job at around 8:30 PM. He told me he was about to start a job, and that if he were to work after 10:00 PM it would cost double time. I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous. We are quite pleased with the experience and would recommend Michael's Plumbing to anyone."
