One thing I really appreciated was that he discovered that the unit that was installed by the builder was larger than I needed, and therefore was not running efficiently. He explained to me in a way I could understand what the difference was in the sizes and why a smaller unit was actually better for my house. This saved me money, not only on the unit itself, but also on my energy bills, which was a savings I saw immediately. The work was done well and on time, and the follow up service was also excellent.
