I tried to leave review for orkin but got extremely ill and had to go to the hospital. I canâ t remember my technician name but he was friendly, fast, and took care of the problem

HiLo called me within minutes. Inspected my home with estimate within 2 hours. Made my decision as to which plan - very reasonable and technician treated my home immediately. Wonderful professional technician and company. Veteran owned and run. I will continue using this group - returning every 2 months. So far so good - no spiders or other pests! Definitely recommend this company - Bill at the office and Leroy at my home.

Technician showed up exactly when they said they would, talked to me about my problem briefly and then got to work! Took care that I have a puppy and made sure to not put any chemical that was too low. Definitely a company I’m glad to be doing business with!

Overpriced, get another estimate I wish I did. No followup. 6 months into it the bugs were back. Did not offer any aftercare. I would not recommend this company.

Very trustworthy, dependable and always came when scheduled. They always check to see if there are any problems due to seasonal weather changes. The cost is very reasonable especially when compared to other companies. This company was started with a veteran and they hire veterans and it was my way of helping out the vets. I have had them for over 1yeat and intend to keep them.

Bed bugs were discovered in my apt. Property Mgmt stated I had to pay for treatment regardless of not knowing where they came from. Property Mgmt hired a different company. The company they hired was disrespectful as well as had the wrong treatment picked for this situation. After putting me through unacceptable distress, I chose to hire HiLow. Mr. Gomez was kind, informative, empathetic, and extremely professional. I was finally able to alleviate an enormous amount of stress. The technician was also fabulous! Thank you Mr. Gomez!!!! So far no bugs and it's been 30 days.

Very communicative

An infestation of box elder bugs swarmed my patio from adjacent trees. These guys knocked it out in one day and treated the trees as well. Great service and thorough results.

Super nice guy, got what he could do done on the spot and followed through with next steps quickly and easily

Mice extraction. Approx. $ 700 I will have them come out weekly to seal my attic. I'm so happy to have these guys to help me manage things.
