"Really good company. Friendly and professional crew. We use them every year to trim a couple large fast growing trees in our yard. Good pricing. They walk through the job with me, and even ask during to verify which large branches I want cut. They made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and cleaned up perfectly on the way out. "The service turned out well. The technician was very nice. In the end, I actually got my money back for the deal. The guys came in with their chainsaws and did clean up all of the palms. They left a mess of palm seeds and debris all over, however. The service was more trouble than what it was worth. I called the owner regarding my complaint and he let me know that because of the huge response from the deal offer they were rushed and overbooked. The owner was very nice and realized the error of his ways. I would assume under normal circumstances a good job would have been done."
