"The service was scheduled for 8 AM.  They were a "no show."  I sent text and e-mail messages and finally heard back around 10 AM that he wouldn't be at my house until afternoon.  Dennis and another guy did great work on the window cleaning (inside and out).  I also greatly appreciated Dennis pointing out the issues with my solar screens... some were torn, some where so worn that they were ineffective.  He offered to do the solar screen replacement for those that needed it.  I told him I had an appointment later and if the job was going to take too long I couldn't do it.  He said they would get it done as quickly as possible but once they got started, I noticed they didn't seem to necessarily have experience with solar screen replacement.  I paid an extra $320 and they didn't finish until 11 PM.  While I appreciate their hard work, I wish they would have told me that they weren't really experienced at solar screen replacement and that it would require me to be at my house literally 12 hours between the cleaning and screens.  NICE guys and hard workers but the fact that they were 4 hours late and it resulted in a really long day, I'm not sure if I'd use them again. I also noticed after they left that the screens weren't secured properly and the ones they replaced had bent frames.
