The work was done plus the technician, Fernando, fixed a problem with the flame going out. The cleaning fixed some clogged gas nozzles. He arrived on time and was very efficient (whole job took less than 30 minutes). I am very happy with the service and would use them again.

"Dennis was very helpful in explaining his services and pricing.  He arrived on time and began his work, and he was done in a reasonable amount of time, couple of hours.  I rate the quality a B for one reason only: he uses a power spray to breakdown the dirt and grime and the water came streaming inside the windows and frames.  A heads up and some precautionary measures would have been helpful.  In the end our windows were beautifully cleaned and the solar screens were amazingly clean and in great shape for being 13 years old.
