"The house was built with an open-air deck above one half of the garage, and the garage completely sheet rocked, textured, and painted.  A water leak developed in the deck a while ago and damaged the ceiling below.  The deck was resealed and tested, and we finally got around to having the garage ceiling repaired.  I had Tim of Tim's Handyman Services come out, look it over and give me an estimate.  I was favorably impressed and we scheduled the work.  Tim and an assistant arrived on the scheduled day and began removing the damaged sheet rock.  At this point  it was found that the ceiling was insulated with fiberglass batts which were somewhat moldy.  The old batts were removed, the area cleaned with bleach,and, after a trip to the store, replaced.  New sheet rock was then installed,  taped and sanded, then sprayed with popcorn texturing to match the rest of the ceiling.  The entire job was done in two days and looked great.  The estimated price was adjusted to cover the new insulation and was very reasonable.  I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job.  Before he left, I had Tim look at a concrete patio I wanted tiled, and he is doing that job even as I write this review.

When he arrived, he introduced himself and his apprentice and informed me as to what he was going to do for the service. I must say, after approximately 45 minutes to an hour, the team did an excellent job of servicing the filters and pumps. When they completed the job, Joshua took me around the unit and spa to show me what was done and to give me his observations about the equipment. "R O W was the only company of six called that responded with a professional, detailed quote. Several of the other five companies were highly rated within Angie's List, did not bother to visit the site, simply quoting the resurfacing. R O W altered the quote several times per my requests to customize the quote. They did not try to and quot;up-selland quot;, and proved a range of options and prices (thanks Randy!). They were able to start within the contracted start date, and a full team finished the job on time, even during the brutal summer heat. The quality of the work, both the color-flecked quartz surface and tile work, was very good. They made sure the start-up went well, even in my absence.
Without R O W, I doubt this job would have gone so well, we're very please with the result and the price was a bargain given the size and condition of this pool. My last contractor had walked off the job because of the spa wall re-build - R O W saved the day.

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine.
