"Fair.  The service person was on time.  He was polite.  He wanted to charge me additional money for doing some of the repair work without looking for less costly alternative service.  His price quotes for this additional work seemed very high to me.  He eventually was open to a suggestion of mine to try a lesser repair before moving on to the costly one.  The less expensive repair was fine.  In addition, he cut a few corners in installing the faucets until I stopped him and asked him to do a better job.  He did clean up after himself.
