"My first experience was fine.... bought a stacking washer/dryer from them after the repair of the old appliances seemed to be too high. However, my second experience was a disaster. The technicians were rude on their three visits to diagnose a washer problem. They refused to wear shoe covers or take off their shoes. And then worst of all, they let the water from the washer drum flood the third floor hall, didn't clean it up properly, which ruined the laminate from water saturation swelling. I have asked for repair or compensation several times, but Jeremy and Josh refuse. I now am proceeding with litigation. Stay clear of these dishonest businessmen who won't take responsibility for the damage caused by their servicemen!"
