**** this company, they don't deserve a business license. They are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. Stay far away from this company, and if your rental company tries to use them, refuse it. You're better off trying to fix any plumbing problem yourself. They have been in my home since NOVEMBER and still have yet to properly fix the problem. They don't contain any kind of construction they might be doing and will just let the dust and mold blow around in your home and not clean up after themselves. Dont forget in 7 months pregnant with a toddler in the home and they could care less about water on my kitchen floor from a leak they "fixed".They have some of the rudest workers who actually told my husband off when he asked if the leak was fixed and left in the middle of a job. They will not tell you the results of any mold test. They also broke my granite countertop, and now refuse to fix it. The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person alive and will not help you resolve any issue. God forbid you talk to a manager after 2 months of work. So now this will be the 5th time they attempt to fix the problem, which will probably still be done right. I don't know how this company is even in business.

We also ran an air test for the property management company at our expense which we provided to the homeowner. [Member Name Removed]was upset that we would not give it to her, the tenant, and informed her to request it from the owner of the home."

They really up sold me on what I really wanted, but they convinced me that it made more sense to spend $9000 versus $2000. They did do good work. They sold me some stuff really that if I had more sense, I would of said no, just put the regular water heater in because 4 months later I put the house up for sell. If I would of put a regular water heater in, I would of saved a lot of money.

Have used ProServe before and have been satisfied every time. Alex was on time, checked the faucet and determined the spray head was faulty. He suggested we call Kohler and have a replacement sent since the brand new faucet was installed in March when we moved into our new home. He was professional and quick and gave us the information we needed. Kohler replaced our spray head at no charge. Thanks again, Alex.

MR SAM LONGMIRE AND HIS SON WERE BOTH EXTREMELY SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL. Sam suggested going to Home Depot to purchase a new kitchen faucet and he would gladly come back to install. I will definitely call ProServ again! : )

Bruce & Jose were extremely responsive & spent quite a bit of time to repair drywall, insulation & paint damaged from a leaking water heater. The quality of work was very good & both Bruce & Jose were very professional.

Bought deal to replaced faucet in bathroom and fix drain stoppers in all bathrooms. They responded immediately and sent Bruce out the next day. Bruce arrived on time and here is where the problems began but not with Bruce. After he fixed the drains in the sinks, I mentioned that the water pressure had changed. He took a look. Water heater was leaking, had mold on the place where it stood, and the system the previous owner had rigged was not only illegal, but dangerous. An hour job turned into a 7 hour job for poor Bruce. He got rid of all the illegal pipes, including a gas outlet, got me a new water heater(which was a whole different story), removed the mold filled pedestal and illegal wall, build me a new one. Replaced the water heater with a pan under it this time and got me my pressure back. He also replaced the corroded pipes under the sink. But most of all, I feel safe now. Knowing that the mold is gone, the water pressure is back and the dangerous illegal pipes are now gone is a relief. Bruce could have finished the drains and faucet in the bathroom and left to keep on schedule, but he didn't. He fixed all things I needed to be safe and I thank him for that.
