"We reached out to our customer in regard to the diagnosis. The customer informed us that the refrigerator was covered under a service plan with the retailer who reached out to the manufacturer, as we had advised initially. The customer was very pleased with our service."

Things such as parts department, dispatchers, administrative costs etc. are all a part of how we're able to provide the on demand service that we're known for. They're very good and honest. I know very little about appliances. One time he told me I had a plastic fork stuck. He could of told me anything and charged me anything. He did the work in no time.
