I purchased a Monument BBQ from Lowe's and was told by another plumbing company that the NG conversion would be covered by the sales company when they deliver the appliance., and it was not. Immediately after delivery, I contacted SS Plumbing and Martin Jasso, owner, responded within a couple of hours and completed all the necessary installation required in a minimum amount of time, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. An acceptable quote was given on initial contact with Martin that was reasonable for the amount of time and work required to complete the service. Martin is a very polite and true professional that will explain each task step by step as he provides his required service. I intend to use this service professional for all my future plumbing requirements.
