"If I could give it a zero I would! I don't know how they are with air conditioning, but as far as plumbing, it was an Air Pro DISASTER! This is worth the read if you need plumbing fixed. I had a leak in my master bath faucet. I called my Home Warranty company and they sent this company. The guy came out, he was nice and complimentary of our home. He cut a hole in our ceiling in the kitchen below, and said he found the leak. He cut out the pipe, replaced it and said it was fixed (after an additional $350 for "special parts"). We started using the faucet and still leaking. We called APM and they sent him out again. He cut a bigger hole in our ceiling and said that he found the leak. It was a line next to the one he "repaired". This time, he cut out a big hunk of piping and said he had to take pictures and to get insurance approval to fix it. Should he not have gotten approval first? He went out to his van and was apparently waiting for approval. I went up stairs for a few minutes. He came back in, cleaned up, and left. He said nothing more to us. What he failed to tell us was that the lines he cut included the shower and bath. My wife went to take a shower and it created a flood in our kitchen. I called APM and spoke with Erik. He took no responsibility for this! I called their office, sent an email and they wouldn't get back to me. I had to get the Contractor's Board involved. I contacted the Home Warranty company and after complaining to the BBB, they said they would send them out to finish the work. APM REFUSED to come out and fix it. The Warranty company sent out another company. The plumber that came had to rebuild all the pipes the first guy cut out. On top of all of this, the actual leak was originating from the pipe on the second floor. He found it within two minutes of inspecting the area. I would stay far away from this company for plumbing!"

He not only bent over backwards to convince me that his company was the best choice in providing and installing my new AC unit but continued in overwatch to make sure that the job went exactly as what was promised and that I was completely satisfied which I am. I also want to commend both Caesar and Zach S for their technical efforts in making sure that the project went without a hitch. Along with the AC portion of the project, I was impressed by the plumbing side of their company who fulfilled the membership portion of plumbing tasks which were promised within the free 1 year membership which was included in the cost of the AC project. Due to the diligence of Ricky and the rest of the team, I will surely remain a paid member for years to come after the free one year has lapsed. "I had a very bad clog and called a few other plumbers before I finally reached out to City Wide. The first two companies came and more than tripled the price they gave me on the phone. Neither could locate the clean out drain and I had little confidence they would fix my problem. I had them both leave. When City Wide came the techs were Frank and Steve. Frank is a very seasoned plumber and found the cleanout in about 3 mins. They worked carefully and professionally and attempted to clear it a a very low price with the drain auger. It was unsuccessful. They advised me they would need to use the camera and water jet. I was skeptical but had no other choice as it was now getting dark. They brought the equipment 30 mins later, the owner was even on site. They showed me the clog with their camera and it was bad and about 70 ft from my house. They gave me a very reasonable price and got the clog out in mins. They are Ethical & honest. I am thankful for Citywide!"
