I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. Licensed installers are far less likely to make a mistake during the installation, which means paying for the experience decreases your risk of a leak and other issues.
