I let the customer service rep know I have worked with them many times in the past, and make payments with a credit card (That they have on file). She said that even with the credit card, they would not service property management. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I will not be using BD personally. I will also be leaving a review on different platforms. You deny service based on the form of payment(I TOTALLY understand not working on NET terms, but that is not what I was asking), not based on what type of business it is. Ridiculous.
