"This is a small job for a GC and for the HVAC company. As such, it's usually difficult to get good service - and I didn't. I got great service. The crew showed up on time, with plenty of labor and with all of the materials needed. The work went as smoothly as a construction job with unknowns can go. The house keeper even asked them to clean the skylights while they were up on the roof - and they did. Way to keep my client happy. Thanks to the crew and to Mike."

"Excellent service, fair prices, punctual. The thermostat was at 99 degrees!! I had three quotes and believe me when I tell you the third one, "Simply Air Conditioning" was the only quote that didn't try to price gouge me. They even did a follow up to make sure everything was fine. Mike, was my service rep. & Brendan was the technician, both were very professional and easy to work with. Seriously, within a few hours the unit was installed. Trust me you don't need to call anyone else ! I can't thank them enough, I would give more than five stars if I could. Cheryl"
