"I called out technician to get a 2nd opinion for my own peace of mind. My garage door had issues with Remotes talking to Genie main unit. First company came out and diagnosed the problem as a receiver board in my Genie. David G. from American Veterans came out and actually got the remotes to work but diagnose it as a bad logic board going bad. This is what I originally thought as I actually had put two receiver boards in my model but it wouldn't work. I tried to explain this to the original company that came out and I'm in the process of either getting my money back or getting them to replace the logic board. Veteran did their job and if I were to deal with them through my home warranty I'm sure it would have been done right the first time. Thanks again American Veterans."
