Another fine job by another fine company. The installation went great. I have not had any problems with the opener since they installed it. The man who did the work did a very good job. He was very polite and very professional. He explained exactly how the opener worked and he also told me that if the opener would happen to malfunction to call him personally. I thought that was very nice of him. The pricing wasn't very cheap; it was a little high.

Garage Door Doctors was late getting to my home and I had to wait for them. The man was not prepared for the job at all. He told me the motor was shot and I knew better. I was not happy with anything they did. I paid him for his time and was glad to see him go.

I am pleased with the service. I called about the problem thinking that I was going to have to replace the entire door. Well, the guy I spoke with was very nice. I explained to him that this was my entry way to the house and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. He actually came out himself that same day and fixed it. He patched it up for me and it is fine now. The pricing was rather low. I was just glad that I did not have to replace the entire door. If I would have called somebody else, they might not have been so nice; they may have gotten an entire door replacement out of me.
