Dave showed up on time as promised and was able to get my door wording properly. He did the most dangerous part of the job, which was to readjust the springs. You can tell that he is experienced and was able to give me some great advice and get me back in operation. I am not sure what this would have cost since I am currently using home warranty, but just to get it done was worth it. Rob

James was very professional and courteous.  He called 10 minutes before arrival and was on time.  James replaced the springs which was covered under the home warranty and also replaced the rollers which was an extra charge not covered by home warranty but needed to be replaced.  I would use this service again in the future.

This is the third time that we have used Cactus Garage Doors.  All for the same problem which was backing into the garage door on the way out..  This time I bent the bottom two panels and the door came off the tracks.  The door was stuck open and the car stuck inside the garage.  I called and secretary answered right away and offered my an appointment for Saturday or an emergency appointment  that day for an added charge.   Because we needed access right away, we were prepared to an extra 150 emergency fee.  The worker who was very professional called me to let me know he was on his way.  He was very courteous and quick.  He fixed the panels installed a bar for extra reinforcement along the bottom panel.  He was able to get the door back on the tracks using the old pins which are holding up well (so no extra charge) .  He got the door back on the tracks.   All of this was completed within 3 hours of my call.  If we were able to wait until Saturday the 150. fee would have been removed.

Have used Cactus Garage several times. Excellent response. Showed up when scheduled, very professional.
Will request Ricardo again as needed.

They were fabulous. It was actually handled through our land lord. He was here when he said he would be here, he actually got here early but called and said I can get there early if you guys are around. He was very professional. He got it done in an amazingly short period of time. He was very personable and my 4 year old was out there wanting to assess his work and he was very sweet to her and explained what he was doing.

Technician showed up when scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired a broken spring. Technician checked the alignment an operation of the door.

Everything went well. The gentleman was very thorough and nice.

They were very fair. They gave us an Angie's List discount. Everything is working fine.

Cactus did alright, I would not go with them again because of a recommendation of another company.

We had purchased 2 garage door openers from Lowe's and purchased installation service as well. Cactus Garage Doors was the sub that Lowe's used. They called us promptly after our purchase to schedule the installation and the installer, Derek, was very professional, courteous and informative regarding the openers and placement/programming. We would definitely use them if needed in future.

I had a broken spring and a cable. I called on Tuesday and tech showed up on Thursday as promised He could have been there on Wednesday, but I couldn't be there. Tech was prompt klowledgeable and courteous

Things went very well. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of this company. There's no doubt in my mind that, if I need garage door work done in the future, I will have no hesitation in calling this company again. From the friendly voice on the phone in the office when I called, to the tech, Ric, who came to my house, the entire experience has been a pleasant one.

Very well-right on time, tech was professional, friendly and fast. Right after the job was completed, I realized the door would not close again. I called the office and the tech was already at another job. He came back about 45 minutes later to readjust what he had fixed the first time. Was again professional and apologized for needing to return.
