A $69 coupon from you turned into a $399 job. What was the point of me sending $69 to you for a special offer/money off, when I was only allowed the $69, not the full value of the special offer? The workman had to confirm with his office before accepting the $69 against the full bill. The job was completed as I would have expected it to be for $399. Overall it left a bad taste in my mouth. See above.

All pricing should be confirmed up front and the client sign off in agreement. Like I said, I had no idea it would be this much is why you should always get a quote up front. I wanted to warn other consumers to get the quote before letting him do the work.

All work was done in a complete professional manner. Technician showed up on time, was very knowledgeable. The door no longer screeches when going up and down and doesn't stop or reverse direction unexpectedly.

It went great. The technician from AAAA Allstate Garage Door arrived promptly and did the work quickly and with impeccable attention to detail even adjusting little parts of the door system that weren't technically a part of the job.

At 12:30pm the garage door spring snapped. After researching Angie's List and Home Advisor I came across A AAA Allstate Door Company and I'm glad I did. I called them at 1:00pm and by 3:00pm service technician Geoff was at our house replacing the springs. They were happy to honor discounts advertised and we are very pleased with this top notch, professional company and it's service technician, Geoff. I will hesitate to call them for any future door needs.

Jeff, the tech was GREAT! Came in and went straight to work. Never tried to up-sell, but made sure he explained why it was wise to have two springs instead of one. Showed me parts that had become disfigured and what the potential problems were if I ignored the problem.
Only thing I wish I had known before hand was that they add 3% to the total if you pay by credit or debit card. I was okay with it simply due to the outstanding service that was provided and no up-sell attempts.

My appointment was supposed to be from 8-10 and he was here at 8:05. Paul came out on time. He was very patient. He was very understanding. He was nice. He told me what I needed to fix the garage door, but we decided that a new door would be better. I bought a new garage door from him and they are going to install it. He is great with people.

Called for an approximate cost and scheduled an appointment. I immediately received a text informing me which technician would arrive. Technician called about 10 minutes later and arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional, and the cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Technician noticed that the cables were freying, so those were replaced as well.

Contacted AAAA Allstate Overheard Door for a Monday appointment and told them we got their name from Angie's List. We were set for a 8 - 10 a.m. time frame. Ken the technician called and stated that he would be there at 9:00. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. and did a compete assessment of our garage door and recommended a turn-up as well as some replacement parts on the Lift-Master that were worn out and suggested that the wheels of the roll top door be replaced as well. He did an excellent job, was personable and took the time to show my husband some annual maintenance recommendations for using a garage door lubricant to help maintain the garage wheels and track. The garage door is like new and very quiet.
Would recommend them to anyone. The only issue we had, is they don't take Credit Cards and we were not told this at the time of booking, and only accepted a check or cash. No problem with the method of payment, but it would have been nice to know before hand. Then when I decided to write a review, I noticed they have a special running for $89.00 for a garage tune-up and wheel replacement. I just recommend to Angie List users, that if you use the catalog to obtain names, you should also check the Angie's List website to see if the provider you have chosen is offering a special. Looks like we lost out on saving some money, but truly satisfied with the work. .

Ken, the technician, showed up a tad late, but apologized. Being that I called on a Saturday morning, he showed up the same day which is a plus in my book! He knew immediately what was wrong with my garage door. Not only did he replace the broken part, but he fixed the tension spring for only a labor charge, as I couldn't find my old receipt! (It seemed I used the company before).
He said it would only take about 20 minutes, and he was in and out in just about that time! He was professional and personable! He didn't take advantage of me as some companies do with a female home owner!
I would definitely use and recommend this company to all my friends. They are reliable and trustworthy!

The service went great! I now have nylon rollers on the large overhead door of my garage which are much quieter. The lift spring for the large door was replaced as well. The service professional also trained all of my remotes to work with the doors and lubed the rollers on the other smaller garage door. A great service call!
