Lodi Garage Doors gave us five star service from start to finish. Initially I met with Domonic, our sales rep. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new doors, offered options and benefits, and provided us with a timely, accurate quote. The doors were a great value for what we received. He was professional, friendly and enthusiastic about the product offerings at Lodi. I highly recommend him!!! Our doors arrived ahead of schedule and were promptly scheduled for install with Doug and Mike. Both men were punctual, professional, and informative on how to operate our new doors and openers. Their attention to detail was outstanding including tips on how to properly maintain the doors. Fit and finish of the final product is OUTSTANDING! After final adjustments were made and they left, our garage was cleaner than when they arrived. They provided me with a Lodi company contact should I have any issues with the doors in the future and invited me to call anytime with concerns so that our new doors service us for many, many years to come. All in all, I think a customer would be hard pressed to find a better quality or value in a garage door company in Las Vegas. We included before and after pictures to show the quality of work.

They did a great job, everything from the sales experience to the install and painting. The insulated door is great, and the new motor is nice and quiet.

We had an accident with our garage door and called Lodi to come check it out, they were the original installers by the builder. When their representative was writing up the quote, he asked if we wanted the insulated panels again, on the new door. I asked "can't we reuse these?" And he said no, you can't and that it's $5.00/sq ft = $695.48. I agreed it was good thing to be insulated and accepted the almost $700 additional cost. After doing a little internet research, I found out that YES, you can reuse the existing panels and immediately removed them (took me all of 15 minutes). It's very disappointing that a so called reputable company uses such shady, underhanded business practices. Very dissatisfied and will not be using their services, ever again. Would not recommend. There should be a zero stars rating.

I e-mailed them May 15th that I needed a new opener, they called me back the next day with a price. Out of 4 other companies they were the only one that called back. Even though I thought they were a little high they did call right back, so I selected them. Happy I did. They came on time, even a little early. the work was good and quick. I love the new Liftmaster garage door opener it works great.

They had installed the original door. The work was fine. They were able to come the same day that I had the problem.

Called on a Tuesday and scheduled to have someone come out and take a look at our garage door. There was a tear on the outside of our door (caused from wind during monsoon season) which made our panels start to pull apart and the vertical supports to pull away from the door. I received a two-hour window for service- and Bill Gore actually showed up during that window.
He was here for about an hour and installed two struts and added tension to our springs. Total price for the job was $198.74. I was pleasantly surprised by the price- I was expecting to be spending over $200. If I should need any more help with the garage door- I will definitely be calling these guys. I'm assuming I might not be having to call them often though- because Bill really seemed to know his stuff and I'm pretty confident that our door will be in good shape for a long time.
Thanks guys!

I learned long ago that garage doors and their automatic openers require periodic maintenance. About two years ago, our spring broke, and Lodi installed new, double springs. Over time, the springs loosen or lose their tension slightly. This is what had happened, and the technician tightened them. He also fully serviced the rollers and garage door opener. Our first experience with Lodi occurred when a friend and I try to work on the door ourselves. We had gotten into a predicament where the panels were all cockeyed and off the track. The technician didn't laugh at us, and did a fine job of putting the door back into working order. Lodi Is a first rate service company, and we have always been totally satisfied with their workmanship and low-cost.

Love Lodi doors. We've used them for years. They are always on time. Do a great job. And they're fairly priced. They came out the next day, on time, and quickly repaired our spring.

Things went well. The whole process took two days. I was pleased that I was able to get my car out the first day and that the new door could be installed the next day. The problem was solved and I was back in business the next day.

The spring on my garage door broke about 9am in the morning. I called Lodi and within 3 hours the door springs were replaced and I was a happy camper.

The spring was broken on my 200 lb double-wide garage door, trapping my wife's car inside the garage. One call to LODI GARAGE DOOR AND MORE was all it took. Even though it was past 4 PM, I got an immediate quote over the phone, and , a serviceman arrived in just over an hour, had the parts needed in his van, and had the door fixed before 6 PM. The price was reasonable for same-day service, and I was charged exactly the price that was quoted (no add-ons). The serviceman was very professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more!

They were very helpful. We came and gave an estimate first and then did the work. I rate them high overall. I will not use them again in the future.

The only thing that went smoothly on this job was the initial sales process to procure our order. The three custom doors arrived with the interior window frames (holding them in place) clearly visible from the outside. Several of the panels, stained with our stain at Lodi's shop, arrived scratched. When raised and lowered, the doors were further scratched by the interior stucco of our garage. Clearly, there was a lack of quality control at Lodi on our job. Ultimately, after two broken delivery promises and several trips by Lodi to remove and reinstall the window panels (twice), temporarily fix the door tracking and other scratched panels, we paid Lodi the balance owed. We also cancelled the garage floor resurfacing we had signed up for initially. We never want anything to do with Lodi Door again. Don't make my mistake. Find someone else.
To give you an idea of just how dissatisfied we became with Lodi, below is an excerpt from an email sent to the Lodi Salesman with a cc: to the Lodi Customer Service Manager:
"I just would like to be managed differently as a customer. A proactive phone call to discuss the broken Friday delivery promise would have been great. I would really like to have a definitive delivery time as soon as you know it. I am not used to having my schedule altered by Lodi's whimsical approach to customer satisfaction. The outcome of this garage door project will impact any further business with Lodi, not to mention any possible recommendations of Lodi to neighbors. To this point, the only part of this experience that has been acceptable was the initial sales process. I won't even get into the unproductive (and unprofessional) interactions between you, Frazee Paint and us about the stain.If/when you call me with the delivery time next week, we can discuss this further as you see fit.If you are now just as agitated as me, good. Now you know what it feels like to be a Lodi customer. "

The installer, Nacer, arrived on time and went to work right away. He finished the complete job within 5 hours. He also explained everything to me before he left. He removed the old doors and disposed of them for me as well. The doors work perfectly and look great. They did a wonderful job.

I called and was given appoitnment for the next day. They called later to give me a 2 hour window. The repairman showed up within the window. He did a thourough job of assessing the situation and suggested the openere be replaced instead of repaired. Work and parts quaranteed for a year.

My mother backed out of our garage with the door closed. The result was a bent door that didn't open well. I called Lodi and they sent a representative out the same day. Bill hammered out the door and fixed the hardware. I was very relieved because it would be impossible to find panels for a door that old. It would have meant hundreds of dollars for a new door. Lodi was very responsive. Bill called when he was running a few minutes late and fixed the door quickly. I would call them for any garage door issue.

They came right out and repaired my damage immediately. Additionally they serviced the door such that it worked better than ever, even with the added weight of the insulation. The technician was very professional and helpful, and the amount charged was very fair, especially given that I had bent some parts. He not only returned everything to the way it was, but improved on the initial installation.
