"Went well. Lewis provided a quote that was considerably lower than any other company for HVAC/Heating units that are Consumer Reports rated as the overall best. The workmen showed up within minutes of the arrival time I was told to expect them and got to work immediately. There was a concern during the process that the units had lower SEER ratings than what I had purchased, but Lewis put me in contact with the local distributor who assailed my concern. Installation went smooth and the units are working well. Cleanup was not so great as I had to loan them a broom, dustpan, and shop vacuum. I went behind them to clean the dust from behind the clothes washer and dryer in the laundry room where they accessed the attic. My wife and I then had to clean a bathroom adjacent to the laundry where dust had blown in through the a/c vent. I did advise Lewis who apologized and told me that he would advise the crew."

One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. "We shopped around to multiple sources for our kitchen refacing project and were happy that we went with Cabinet Craft. They were pleasant on the phone and invited us down to their showroom where they were even more pleasant in person. They came out for our first review and were professional and gave us a quote the was about $5500 less than anyone else. Just as professional for their final preliminary visit as well. They kept in contact with us during the scheduling period and on the day they were scheduled to start, and every day after, our installer Victor was right on time and was amazing. He answered all of our questions and did little fixes for us to make sure our install was perfect. He kept our kitchen isolated from the rest of the house while he was working so no mess in other parts of the house and each night when he was done working, all of the material and tools were meticulously stored out of our way and the kitchen was cleaned so we could use it at night. At the end of the project, everything was wiped down and cleaned and my garage and driveway where he was working were left cleaner than what they were before he started. He was top notch and I would highly recommend him and Cabinet Craft for a kitchen reface. We just love our new kitchen!!"
