I explained about the water marks on my baseboards, after checking the pipes, I advised him we had it repaired because the faucet was leaking. He said the gasket probably gave out because of the pressure valve leaking. He was correct, replaced the pressure valve and problem solved. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I most definitely will use them for any future plumbing needs"

"We had an RO system that we bought from Costco. I called the company to ask where we could get a new RO faucet as I thought it was corroded. They recommended Las Vegas Quality Water works and I checked to make sure they were listed on Angie's List which they were. I called them and spoke to Steve, the owner who told me to bring samples of water from the RO system and from one of the bathrooms. He tested them and the RO system was fine but the one from the bathroom which uses our water softener was horrible. Andy, the supervisor came out the next day to try to fix the water softener. We decided that rather than fix it, to replace it with a new two piece model. The price was a bit high but when we saw the Made in America label and flag affixed to the unit, it was worth it. Besides both Steve and Andy were professional, pleasant and specialists in water systems. The unit comes with a five year warranty from them for part and labor. We would certainly use them again."
